Mom Essentials: Rachel Roy

The designer, columnist, philanthropist and mom balances fashion and family with help from her must-haves

Rachel Roy has come a long way since her childhood days in Northern California (spent reading Vogue, unsurprisingly!). Now, it’s hard not to recognize the designer or her label—an eponymous line that embodies casual elegance, accompanied by Rachel, a button-downed collection perfect for the younger set (or the weekends). The mother of two is also a fashion columnist and philanthropist, causing us to admire her work ethic as much as we do her unfettered style. Here, she shares the things that help her busy life run smoothly.
