It’s an Oscar de la Renta Super Bowl for nine-year-old Sam Gordon

Have you and your family descended into post-Super Bowl football withdrawal yet? We get it. That’s why we're still gushing over football prodigy and major inspiration Samantha “Sam” Gordon. This nine-year-old running back from Utah set the Internet abuzz when a video of her dominating an all-boys team in her youth league went viral. Gordon, the only girl on her team, scored a whopping 35 touchdowns in one season. Girl power!

What happened next? She became the first female football player to grace a box of Wheaties and was personally invited to the Super Bowl by the NFL commissioner—but it’s not just the athletic world that’s noticed her. Oscar de la Renta also sent her six dresses to choose from to wear to the NFL Honors red carpet. We're crazy about the adorable sleeveless white-and-floral dress she chose—it looks dressy but super comfortable and breezy. (Would you wear it in your size? We definitely would.)
