  • WHITNEY BROMBERG HAWKINGS

    London

London’s Whitney Bromberg Hawkings has a fresh take on style, which isn’t surprising given her occupation: The South Kensington mother of two is the Communications Director of Tom Ford Europe, India, and the Middle East—and happens to be married to the house’s Design Director. While this fashion professional is never without a pair of stilettos at the office, Bromberg relies on ballerina flats for her Saturday trips to the park with Barron, 4 and Snowdon, 2. “Being a mom has definitely changed my weekend footwear!”

Are there any moms whose style you really admire? Why?

To me, hands down, the most stylish mom is Carine Roitfeld (and her daughter Julia is sure to follow in her footsteps). Natalia Vodianova is also an extremely stylish mother of three, but then again she could make a garbage bag look chic.

What is your most treasured accessory or article of clothing? Why?

I love my vintage Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent by Tom Ford pieces. I also have beautiful Bottega Veneta bags that belonged to my grandmother. My favorite is a red leather clutch, and it still smells like her perfume—Chanel No. 5.

Describe the style of your children.

Our boys are always in Bonpoint jeans (in fabulous colors), button down oxfords and vintage OshKosh B'Gosh bandanas worn as ascots. They always wear red Superga trainers and a mischievous grin (my favorite accessory).

Trail Blazers

Being the European Director of Communications for Tom Ford, Whitney Bromberg Hawkings is well-versed in the language of luxury. Her sleek little black dress and military style black blazer from Balmain exudes the sex appeal and elegance that is synonymous with Mr. Ford’s namesake brand.
