MY STYLE: I like basics with an edge.

I LOVE L.A. BECAUSE: We can be outside with the kids practically every day of the year. We just throw them in the stroller and walk everywhere. We almost never drive.

The Fat Cow at the Grove

Los Angelenos who frequent The Grove already are undoubtedly pleased with the addition of Gordon Ramsay's new restaurant there, The Fat Cow. The rustic spot boasts casual fare like burgers and mozzarella sticks with a gourmet edge, and the communal tables and industrial decor give the restaurant a casual but stylized feel. There's already a kids' menu, and an ice cream bar is soon to come, so needless to say, this is one great place to take your little one for a dining experience that can satisfy everyone.

Petit Ermitage

This one-of-a-kind, bohemian hotel is a strange but special place. The antique-filled interior and rooftop make the space feel like you "just stumbled upon a perfect gem that no one else knows about,” says mom and actress Bree Turner from NBC’s Grimm. The private rooftop club is actually a National Wildlife Federation-recognized hummingbird and butterfly sanctuary, and features a heated saltwater pool and outdoor fireplace.
