ANNA SINGH

OCCUPATION: Co-founder of Chinti and Parker.

MY STYLE: Contemporary, casual, and relaxed.

I LOVE LONDON BECAUSE: I love London for its variety. There's always heaps to do, and we particularly love London parks. It's great for kids.

Pizza East Portobello

The second location of the Shoreditch original, Pizza East Portobello uses ciabatta-style dought for its crust, which is wood-fired in the oven. We love the buffalo mozzarella, tomato, and basil pizza for the kids, not to mentiion baked garlic bread and hot cinnamon sugar donuts. The original Shoreditch location also features a private 18-person dining room.

Tom's Kitchen

Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens is out to make a new name for traditional British fare, sourcing ingredients from local farms and always emphasizing sustainability. Eachc of his creations is tasty, hearty, and satisfying. The restaurant's brunch inspires near-hysterical enthusiasm among its followers, and we're no different. Make reservations—early and often—because space fills up quickly, particularly on the weekend. Order the pancakes, potato rosti and fried eggs, and a grilled tomatoe for a traditional English breakfast with style.

Daunt specializes in—but is in no way limited to—travel books, as catalogued by continent. If you aren't sure which book to buy for a loved one, just purchase a Daunt Books Subscription and the staff members will happily play book concierge.

Holland Park

There’s a lot packed into this park, one of the smallest in London. In addition to the dahlias, roses, woodlands, and Kyoto Gardens, Holland Park also houses a youth hostel, playground (complete with a tire swing and see-saw), open-air theatre, and—believe it or not—several saddleback pigs, as they are known to help with woodland management. Kids will love to watch them roll around in the mud!

The Connaught Hotel

Tireless and attentive renovations of its historic grandeur mixed with modern state-of-the-art technology makes this grand Mayfair hotel one of the most elegant and adored in London. Its location on Mount Street, one of London’s prettiest shopping streets, beautiful mirrored ballroom and all round muted elegance make it Zoe de Givenchy’s all time favourite.
