Tracy Anderson's Delicious Healthy Smoothie Recipes

Everyone is loving their green smoothies these days. We have Vitamix, the blender that puts other mixers to shame with an engine as powerful as a BMW, to thank for this increased interest in creating healthy recipes full of fruits and vegetables.

Fitness guru Tracy Anderson, who has trained some of of Tinseltown’s most famous moms (think Gwyneth Paltrow and Kim Kardashian), loves to make the healthy juices at home and has shared two of her favorite Vitamix smoothie recipes with us.

Add these smoothies to a daily routine including Anderson’s famous “metamorphosis” method, and you’ll be well on your way to an A-list body, too.

Banana Kale Smoothie
2 scoops Tracy's Vanilla Wellness Powder
A handful of kale
½  banana
1 cup water
1 cup your choice of milk                                                                               

Chocolate Blueberry Shake
2 scoops Tracy's Chocolate Wellness Powder
½  cup blueberries
1 cup water
1 cup your choice of milk
