As we ease back into work and we send our kids back to school we begin to realize just how much harder it's going to be to keep those resolutions we've set for ourselves, just two weeks ago. We can wash our hands of the poor choices we made in 2013 or the couple pounds we've gained, but "new year" means a lot of pressure.
