Morning Melt: A 15-Minute Treadmill Workout
Finding time for a workout is no small feat, and Bonnie Micheli and Tracy Roemer, co-owners of Shred415, understand a woman’s need to learn how to burn calories fast. That’s largely why the Shred415 workout is so successful—its high-intensity intervals make for one of the best cardio workouts around, and leave the body in high gear to ensure more calorie-burning throughout the day.
With only two Chicago locations, not all moms have access to these body-sculpting sessions. That’s why we’re thrilled that Micheli and Roemer shared a 15-minute treadmill workout to incorporate into a home or gym routine of one’s own.
"The key to the success of Shred415 is varying your speed and incline while on the treadmill,” says Micheli. “This workout will help you build endurance and burn tons of calories. All of our treadmill workouts can be followed by walkers, joggers or runners—if you stick with it, you will work your way up to the next level in no time!"
Choose your level and work down the chart for a 15-minute treadmill workout that will put some serious pep in your step, and nab the Shred415 workout playlist below!
