Mom of three and personal trainer Heidi Powell knows what she’s doing. She works on ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition, so she really knows how to shed the pounds! Over the past few weeks, Powell has given us great tips for easy five-minute workouts you can do at home. Now it’s time to put those exercises together into a weekly total body workout you can do in your living room. See below for a full day-by-day weekly plan of five-minute exercises that will tone everything and shred fat cells. Getting bikini-ready has never been this easy. Check out the list below to see what your week should (eventually) look like.
It’s important to build up to this. So, start out by just doing your Total Body Workout (on Mondays and Thursdays), then the next week add in Sculpt Sexy Arms (on Tuesdays and Fridays), adding workouts until you’ve reached a full week. Add your shredders as gradually or quickly as you like, but eventually aim for six days a week. Remember: don’t do the same workout two days in a row.
