Create Fresh, Inspired New Meals Out of Last Night's Leftovers
Unless you are the most precise cook on the planet (or your family is unusually ravenous), it's pretty much a given that there will be leftovers after dinner. It can be enough for a straight-up repeat meal--or, you can be left scratching your head at how to re-use some delicious but confounding stragglers: a lone pork chop, for example, or a few stalks of asparagus.
We'd never suggest that you toss them out. You can always get scrappy with your scraps and spin them in a whole new direction. Usually the key is to transform the texture--shred leftover brussels sprouts, pulse cubes of meat in a food processor--to create a new meal that feels fresh and different.
