You probably already know that kale is one of the hottest superfoods on the market right now, but did you also know that Victoria Beckham is a fan? Yep, she's one lean, mean, kale-eating machine.
Exhibit A: "Just like everybody else, I love to snack," Becks told Glamour. "Sometimes I need a little crunch. [Kale is] one of my favorites," she said. The healthy veggie contains only 36 calories, has zero fat, and makes up 20 percent of your daily fiber intake. In other words: It's a no-brainer.
Still not convinced? The former Spice Girl can relate. "It’s not very appealing as a soggy leafy vegetable, but by simply roasting it, it completely changes and goes all crispy and crunchy and really quite morish. That’s British slang for addictive!" We're right behind you, sister.
