Mom Essentials: Kimora Lee Simmons

Kimora Lee Simmons has a lot on her plate, but she still loves to do everything with style! Here, the chic and playful essentials she relies on to keep herself and her three children living life in the fab line. 


STYLE

Jeans: A variety. But lately, fitted styles from J Brand.

T-shirts: Come summer, I stop hiding my love of graphic tees! Loud prints, embellishments, iconic images turned inside out.

Favorite swimwear: I have a monokini that's taunting me... double-dog daring me, actually, so we'll see what happens! But the true swim essential is a Caftan.

Jewelry: Stack bangles and never stop!

Summer dress: You can't beat a pop-colored maxi.

Diaper bag: I actually designed a diaper bag years ago. It's black, quilted, and I still use it!

Favorite accessory: A pendant with a story behind it. 

Favorite children's clothing brand: We're not always brand-driven. The girls like mixing and matching.

DISCOVERIES

Children's book:

Yertle the Turtle by Dr. Seuss

Kid-friendly music: We listen to Top 40 anything!

Coffee: I'm more of a smoothie girl, something with protein and berries.

Family vacation spot: We always find ourselves on islands. Water's got to be involved somehow!

Brunch spot with the kids: The girls are chefs themselves, so we have our own 'bistro' at home with an ever-changing menu! Let me know if you'd like a reservation (you kinda have to know someone...)

Hair product: I wield a mean flat iron, let me tell you...

LIVING

Luggage: I'm a huge collector of vintage Louis Vuitton.

Organizational tool: I have a Chanel agenda I've carried for years. I'm almost out of inserts!

Candle: You really can't go wrong with a Dypthique.

Healthy snack: Blueberries!
